Kirkpatrick raised more than $230,000 in third quarter

Former one-term Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick will report that her congressional campaign raised more than $230,000 in July, August and September, a campaign aide told The Arizona Republic and AZ/DC.

It's another solid fundraising quarter for Kirkpatrick, an Arizona Democrat who is angling for a 2026 rematch against Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., who ousted her from her seat last year. Her campaign also will report having more than $350,000 cash on hand and zero debt, said Derek Frome, a Kirkpatrick campaign spokesman.

Kirkpatrick previously came on strong in the second quarter, receiving $221,289 in total contributions for April, May and June. Gosar, the incumbent, lagged behind with only $166,544 in total contributions for the three-month period. At that time, Gosar's campaign also reported debt of $34,121.

Kirkpatrick's third-quarter fundraising haul, which came during summer months when the flow of campaign cash often slows, is another sign of her momentum, Frome said.

Final fundraising numbers for the quarter are still being finalized, he said.
